- 01WHO CAN TEACHTutors should have genuine, demonstrable expertise in the research methodology they are teaching, through academic background, published work, or hands on professional experience in the field.
- 02WHAT A SYLLABUS INCLUDESEach syllabus should break a research methodology into clear, sequential segments, building from foundational concepts to applied practice, ending in a guided capstone project.
- 03CONTENT STANDARDSLessons should be original and clearly explained, not AI-generated scripts read aloud. Every segment carries a full transcript, and content should be accurate, current and true to real research practice in the field.
- 04CAPSTONE REVIEWTutors review learner capstones directly, give real feedback, and confirm a learner has genuinely met the bar before a certificate is issued.
- 05CODE OF CONDUCTEngage respectfully with learners, avoid plagiarised material, and disclose any use of AI tools in preparing course content.
- 06ON COMPENSATIONTeaching on ResurchIn is a volunteer position and tutors are not paid for their time or content. In recognition, tutors receive a Certificate of Participation and are featured in ResurchIn's social media recognition posts, highlighting their expertise and their role in learners' progress.
